Rear Inner Control Arm: Is it supposed to wiggle like this [Video Inside]

I'm in the process of replacing my Pillow Ball Bushings. Is the lower control arm supposed to wiggle like this?

If not, would this explain why the car tends to steer to the left on acceleration and to the right on deceleration?

Would new bushings keep this stiff and in place

There are two rubber spacers go between the mounting area and the control arm. Are those missing?

I only found 1 rubber spacer on each of the control arms.

Yep, it's done. I replaced those bushings a couple of years ago. Procedure should be in the FSM, I think... They only press out one way to pay attention. I have spare arms if you want spares to work with so the car is not down.

It should move but not that much. Bushing looks worn. If you are in there anyway you might as well change out the 6 rear pillowballs at the same time.
