Recently I noticed that the Bose Acoustic Wave whatever in the back wasn't working. I checked all the fuses and everything seems fine. Any ideas on what to check next?

yeah taht happened to mine as well....the amp for the tube speakers were fried. My friend had an extra sitting around so I replaced it and it works great

PS I too have gone over the bose diagram many many times...but it was just the amp was fried....
