Okay, I understand everything now, except for two small bulbs in the bottom of each of the lenses. What do these go to? Any ideas??

I have a feeling this was an added install, i guess i could use them as turn indicators.... they're not very bright, however they look like factory holes in the lights..
Also, my lenses say, "IPF" on each lense. Is that normal?
