I was wondering which parts you would use for a COMPLETE RE AMEMIYA exhaust system. I wanted to purchase the dolphin muffler but wasnt sure what else to get. What does the power expander do and how much more HP? And do the SD Converter and Sports Cat serve the same purpose? What would the HP gain be around as well? Im a new FD3S owner and any info would help. Thanks!

power expander is just a downpipe. it replaces your restrictive stock downpipe, which has a precat(flows bad)

sd converter and sport cat are both high flow cats. they do just that, increase flow.

any brand high flow cat and downpipe available here in the states will work with the amemiya exhaust and allow you to make similar if not identical power gains, and also will cost considerably less. if money isn't an issue though i guess go for it.
