The CF RE-A FD was at TAS 2008 too. Here are some pics I have of it. It looks like they just went a little bit further with the modifications for the new NA7 from the silver one from 2008 as well. hmmm.

NA7, good idea, bad execution; it is lacking finesse. The sides are nice but the front and rear are not tidy. It could've looked hot if they spent more time on headlight area.

Imo the best aftermarket front design is Tamon/Scoot V2. So tidy almost looks oem.

Im surprised they used Greddy airinx filters considering they make filters/intakes.
then again there looks to be a bunch of other A/M stuff on there aswell that isn't RE-A.

RE Amemiya is very close with Greddy and Enkei. Just look at any of their demo cars and you will see. They go so far as to rebadge Greddy items as their own like their stock mount IC for example. Its nothing new.

It's hard to hate on RE. I think it looks great from the side. If they made a kit that had that llok with the option of stock front and rear ends that would be cool.

The engine bay on that CF FD with the Porsche style headlights is absolutely retarded

I agree that the NA7 looks great in the side profile, front/rear not so much.

Looks like a riley prototype, r8, lsf all in one.

I applaud RE for their imagination and their pristine builds.

the rear end is VERY similarly shaped to an Aventador's rear end

I really like it.

But, (there's always a but) the interior really lets it down. A simple black interior would have looked so much better. If you want to get fancy, flock it.

The exterior to me looks great!

Looks good from the side, that's it. The front has no identity w/o real headlights, and the rear is minimalist to the point of looking lazy. Its a good start.

Im just happy to see they are sticking with the fd chassis after these years, very artistic, new aero and styling all the time its great in an era where you dont see new custom fd's at auto shows. Almost 20 and still turning heads!!!

I give them credit for really trying something. My big nit-picks would be that the front could use some finesse... those big huge openings look like they'd produce a ton of drag, and without turbo cooling to accomplish, don't seem necessary for anything. Just a little over-simple and ham-handed. The rear is interesting... it's sort of carved out like an old Shelby Daytona Coupe, only more so... I'd have liked it a lot more if a set of FD tail lights, or something very reminiscent of them, were tucked underneath that upper lip.

It's certainly not the worst thing I've seen by any stretch.

Oh yeah, that interior is HORRENDOUS. Looks like they spend about 10 minutes on it with vinyl spray paint and a Grannt steering wheel from Advance Auto.
