Rats Nest Replacement

I was wondering if anyone could point me towards where I could look up the purpose of the vacuum lines and solenoid in the stock twin turbo controls?

I'm looking for what the input ranges for the input lines were, and the output ranges and conditions of the solenoids and lines that connect to the turbo. I thought it would be interesting to see if an electronic solution to the mechanical problem was possible.
