Randon hose missing from bird nest

Hi guys.

Cars running very rich and emissions are crazy high been trying to read fault codes but no luck.

So i have a hose missing from my birdnest do any of you pros know from this photo which it is. If i block it the engine seems to struggle.

Im guessing it needs to connect to somthing.

There's normally a short 12mm bolt there to bolt the UIM to the bracket. I don't think that hole goes through into the UIM.

Near the check valve is an open vacuum port, double-check the vacuum diagram on that.

There should be a total of 4 hoses going in that location, all hoses should have a check valve on them with the exception of PCV

My recommendation, remove the Pressure tank from the Upper intake manifold so you'll be able to see clearer, you shouldn't need to remove the UIM.

My trace direction is starting from the UIM for your point of reference. All Check Valves Arrows should be pointing towards the UIM.

1. A hose should be attached from the UIM going to a Check Valve leading to the purge control solenoid, the Purge Control Solenoid should then have a hose leading to the "catch tank located under the throttle body"

2. There a hose with another check valve, that leads to the double throttle control solenoid. its location should be on the lowest section of the rats nest closest to the alternator with the hose entering the lowest port (not the port standing straight up)

3. A large hose going to PCV (should be the largest hose out of that group, easy to find)

4. a line with a check valve that goes to this pipe next to the charge relief solenoid. (remove pressure tank from UIM in order to see this location)

I hope that give you the general idea on where to look.
