NJ Raising FD door procedure?

I've done my searching and haven't been able to find a DIY procedure on how to align a FD door? My driver side door was installed about 1/4" too low which causes the inside panel to hit the rocker panel.

Does anyone here have any pointers on how to raise the door? If I take it to a body shop, any feel on how big a job this might be?

TIA for your help!
Steve

Have you checked either the Collision Repair or Body manual?

Thanks for the pointer. I have checked out the body manual and couldn't figure out a couple of things:
1 - Do you need to remove the fender to get to the hinge?
2 - How tough is it to position the door? Any tricks / tips?
3 - Roughly long should it take a body shop to do?
