Raise your car with side skirts on?

So, the way the car is set up i cant jack my car up coming from the front of the car because the jack wont raech far enough back and fit under the front lip. Ive considered getting side skirts for my car, but then im not sure i will be able to jack the car up from the sides like i currently do. So how do you guys get your cars off the ground?

If you have a jack that will work, post a link up or something please.

You can always drive up on some 2x4s or something to give you some more room to work with.

I took 2x12's and just cut an angle on them. It worked really well.

I second that, I had to do the same with mine. I never had sideskirts but I just hated jacking it up from the sides, it always bent the small metal ridge that runs parallel with the under side of the car.

If you don't mind searching around, I do know they sell very low profile jacks for instances such as this...

I have an AC Hydraulics DK-20 Floor jack. This is what you should have.

doing any kinda body kit always makes lifting the car a pain in the ***.
thats the price u gotta pay if kits are your thing.
they make it really tough to put the car on a hoist aswell.

I drive up on 2 bricks and then I can get a jack under the car easily.

I bought a set of Rhino ramps thinking they would work but there isn't enough clearance. The R1 lip gets in the way.

Get Takata Low Down Ramps and it raises your car up about 2 inchs to get a jack underneath it.

So you are going to buy 100$ of ramps to do the same job as 10$ of wood.

2*8's are the way I go.

I made a brace out of some scrap steel, it fits around the seam like the in-car jack does. It works perfectly and doesn't pinch the seam at all. I'm not sure how sideskirts would effect this, I guess I'll find out soon as I plan on getting the FEED replica sideskirts from shine.

I just take my sideskirts off since they are not molded.

get the stock jack and put it in buy the tire wheel, jack up under the ti-rod and then you should be able to get a jackstand under it.

or get some wood man.

but wood or bricks in front so before it gets to the ramp it starts to lift a bit before you get to the ramp.
