FL Radio not powering up-- how many fuse locations?

The Bose radio isn't powering up, no lights at all.

Checked the 30a Audio fuse behind the battery, it's fine.
Checked the 10a Room fuse at the bottom middle of the footwell fuse box, it's ok.

I know there is a Radio Relay under the airbox, haven't checked it yet.

The FSM referenced a Cigar fuse, but I don't see where it would be.

Is there yet another fuse box I'm missing?

Here is the troubleshooting procedure. The cigar fuse is a 15 amp fuse found in the driver side fuse block. Check that and if it's good, then check your ground.
