Radiator pressure after rad upgrade question?

My car was leaking coolant around the waterpump during cold starts then it would stop leaking after the engine was warmed up. I didnt loose much coolant, it was a few drops until motor was at normal temp. I could have the car running and the cap off and the coolant never flow out. Just recently change the waterpump and the Upgraded the Rad with aluminum koyo 3 weeks ago and no more leaks and everything is running fine with no over heated issues. I check my coolant level everymorning and it is full, then I start the engine with the cap off then the coolant slowly rises out of the rad filler and spills. Is this normal to have? Let me know. Thanks in advance.

Geez, newbie I can't believe all of the post you've started. 5 threads in how many hours? Have you tried using advanced search methods? Most every thread you started in the last today has been addressed.

Yes it's normal for liquids to expand and increase in volume when heated.

I doubt you could run your car for more than 2 minutes without coolant coming out, unless it's 40 below in saskatoon.

And about that TPS issue read the thread on setting it (adjusting idle), I'm surprised your buddy would let you screw around with his.
