Radiator fans switch

I searched, and could not find anything..

I would like to wire a switch to the radiator fans so the car can cool down. If I park somewhere for less than an hour, my FD gets very hot (100+ C on the commander) unless I leave the keys in the ignition which allows the fans to run. Id like to have a switch to the fans, and also (if possible) have it so the default is to run the fans after the car has been turned off. My car's radiator fans turn off when the key is removed from the acc position

thanks

I put a turbo timer in my FD for this exact reason - so I can run the fans when the engine is off. Basically it allows the key to be turned on for some period of time without the key in the ignition. If you press the AC button in when the key is ON the fans will run, so with a TT I just set it for some amount of time and press the AC button (engine not running, though). This way you can configure how long to have them run via the timer.

Simon.
