Racing beat sway bar brace

Hey guys,

Anyone ever run into a gap of about 3/8" or so between the ears of the brace and the engine subframe where the bolts for the steering rack go up through?

I'm pretty sure i have it install in the correct orientation.

I noticed that it will go up into place once the steering bolts are torqued but it will bend up a bit .. probably not a big deal.

If the bolts aren't lining up, something's wrong. Mine has no such issue.

Yeah after fiddling with it I was able to get it setup. I had to open up one of the bolt holes but all is well.

I just installed one too and it was a pain. Wasn't as easy as it should have been.

Well me too actually but I have my front end completed disassembled. I think what I have to do is lift both lower control arms so the sway bar ends fit into the end links. That way the 4 bolts that attach to the sway bar mounts are easier
We will see how it goes lol
