r1 lip spoiler sagging?

So, I noticed today(well noticed before looked into it today) that the r1 front spoiler(lip) is sagging.. a lot. And It looks more so like it was pulling off in the middle, the tabs aren't inside the slips that connect it to the bumper. And I couldn't figure out how to secure it when I looked at it a few minutes ago. What trick am I missing? This is on a '94 Touring, so its aftermarket.

Yes, I know this should probably be in Interior/Exterior, but seeing as a lot of 3rd gens have the R1 lip on them, I figured I'd geta quick reply here.

Its supposed to bolt on in a bunch of locations under the bumper cover. If the tabs are broken or incomplete youre gonna have to go get some and then its just m6 bolts with a washer. All of the hardware should be available at PepBoys or whatever depot you choose.

If all your tabs are complete and its sagging its just because its a scuff plate and its old and its time to replace it.

Alright, so bolts and wasters it is. It is pretty scuffed up, and I will probably replace it soon, but no reason too now, more concerned about getting it ready to be tuned. Thank you sir.
