Quickie! Lower IC duct

Is it possible to get the lower IC duct out without removing the IC?
It got dark while I wiggling it loose...thus I had to stop..., but it does not look to have enough clearance before hiting the pulley.
I looked at that metal elbow, but I could not tell if removing the screw on it would help.

It will pop off if you loosen the clam enough. Just move it around and it will come off without removing the IC.

Got it! Thanks. Amazing that it has just enough room to get it off.

I had the clamp loose, but it has to be REALLY loose get past the lip on the IC.

Thanks again.
