quick y-pipe question

just need verification before i make a purchase. i'm trying to purchase a complete y-pipe setup.

the one i'm buying does not have the pipe that's connected to the left side of the y-pipe of this pic. in the upper left corner. do i need this, or is this the same as the USDM part?

someone told me i don't need it, but i just want to be sure.

thanks,
Ben

Correct, you don't need the secondary turbo pipe. The one you have will work with the 99' spec y pipe.
