Question Quick TB/ UIM mod question

I'm using a 3rd gen upper intake mani (UIM) and throttle body on my TII build up. I removed the vacuum throttle plates in the UIM and am ready to match port TB to UIM and clean up transitions.
Is there any reason to leave the partition between secondary intake passages in UIM; I see the passages actually merge behind the plates in the TB and then the partition appears again in the UIM. Only reason is to support the vacuum secondaries shaft, right? Thanks!!

You ask this question when it is pat 2:00 in the morning on the east coast and expect answers within an hour! I have never payed anyone to touch my FD. I've done all my own work with help from friends including an engine replacement and I still have no idea what you are asking. Be patient my friend I am sure you will soon have your answer.

There is little reason to keep that bridge. I know someone who removed that bridged, but as far as I know hasn't had a chance to try it out yet. I have a pic at home, will post it later.

Yeah, just having fun in that second post. I know mechanics can't help you guys either, especially w/ sequential turbo problems. Thanks TTT, I will cut the bridge and taper the back side of the bridge on the TB. I am keeping the BAC (or whatever idle air solenoid/ passage is in 3rd gen) valve for my haltech to actuate, but what is the other solenoid valve- deeper in the primary runners? Is it an ACV from the airpump or something? Is it worth it to fill this one w/ something if removing the solenoid? Its large and deep...I fear it! Thanks again, Ian.
