Quick question for anyone who has installed a Pettit SS DP

Quick question for anyone who has installed a Pettit SS DP
It comes w/ 3 double threaded lugs and nuts and 1 hex bolt. Where does the hex bolt go if looking at the layout from the passanger fender. Also should I install the new O2 sensor before I install the pipe or will I have room after?

Seem like I remember wondering that, and finally test fit the allen head bolt in each hole, and noticed the one that had the least clearance from the flange to the pipe and used it there.
And I would definitely put the O2 sensor in BEFORE you install the pipe!
