Quick question about overfilling the coolant overflow tank

When you over fill it, where does the excess coolant spill from. I'm trying to figure out if i'm leaking or if I just overfilled it.

I'm looking at my radiator from the front of the car and it's dripping from the top left corner of it when looking at the car from the front.

Where the fill neck meets the top of the tank there is an overflow vent. Excess pours out over the tank.

^ Dammit! Thanks though. guess I gotta leak. This sucks. Does that radiator stop leak from an auto parts store actually work?

Search for CRC Block Weld on the forums and you'll get some good info on "leak-stop" formulas. The short answer to your question is YES, those things do work, but very often at a higher cost than you think.
