Quick Flooring Question

I am planning to drill into the floor to mount my seats, is there anything I should look out for? I looked at my shop manual and I didn't see anything, but I might be wrong.

I figures as much. It's a bit tricky because I can't see anything.

Worst case senario I just find another way to bolt my seats to the original brackets.

Shouldn't be too hard to avoid them, however don't go blindly drilling through the floorboard.
