here's the deal, when i bought my car way back when there was an evc 3 already hooked up, except when they replaced the engine they cut the lines coming from the stepper motor. Until about 6 months ago those lines still had filters on them but in my infinite lack of wisdom i removed the hoses entirely leaving the motor open to the outside. Now i need a boost controller and I'm wondering if that stepper motor would still be good or should i replace just that or the entire set up. The car has been mostly garage kept and a bit of moisture from washing it, plus some dust could've gotten in there but not a whole lot. So what's the verdict?
