Question questions for someone in the know

howdy. I am a third year college student and very interested in a 3rd gen. RX7. Before I go ahead and purchase one, I have a few questions:

1. I don't have time for tedious maintinence while going to school. This is not to say that I can't take care of a vehicle, but how much TLC should be expected?

2. I have to say that I have heard about some reliability issues with the RX7... any comments?

3. Could someone please explain the cooling process that is involved after driving.

4. I have also read where the engines essentially "go out" after something around 50,000 miles. Everything that I have heard/read could be completely bogus, I would like to know otherwise.

Thanks for any insight

I would suggest you search the 3rd gen archives. You just need to take care of it.
