Question Questions on PFC install

I'm installing a Power FC in my car but the instructions on how to do it are not very clear so I have several questions.

It says to remove a few pins off of the Power FC harness. Does this mean that I should actually yank those pins off of the PowerFC itself?

The PowerFC doesn't fit in the mounting brackets for the ECU. Should I just use the double sided tape to stick the PFC to the car?

I should just reconnect the enine signal monitor and put it back where it was right? (the little black box with one connector on it)

The PFC has an extra connector next to where the PFC Commander plugs in. Do I just not use this connector?

Right now I only have an M2 intake in my car but no exhaust upgrades. If the defualt program works the way I think it does, the fuel will run rich but it should be ok, right?
