Questions about my gauges

I must admit I bought a RX-7 without doing much research and now I've got some questions about the gauges in my dash. One guage I think is the boost gauge, but I'm not sure. 9 O' Clock is where zero is at and and it goes up to two and goes down to like 700mm or something like that. The units are something you would see in a barometer. And I have two temperature gauge, one that works and the other is not connected yet. The one that works I'm guessing is the water temperature and the other one could be oil or the exaust?? And also the tachometer is disconnected, is that something hard to connect? Does anyone have an idea what these gauges are and how you read them? Thank you. I'll try to get a picture of my gauges.

Gauges (and in particular boost and water temperature) on the FD are always an issue and often debated. From your description your car has some aftermarket equipment.

With out more details though I don't think anyone can really help you. Can you post some pictures of your setup and how they're installed/connected?

It sounds like the gague that reads 0 at 9 oclock is a boost gauge, and the last one that isn't conected could be an EGT gauge or posslibly an oil temp gague. The tachometer shouldn't be too difficult to connect once you take the front pannel off on the dash.

I think the newer Jspec FD's come w/ a boost gauge from the factory. So I think that's a boost gauge.
-700 something (I think it's hg/cm^2) and 2 is 2BAR.
