Question for those with Authentic 99 bumper

Does it come with the aluminum brackets that rivet onto the stock bumper? Or do you need to drill these off your old bumper and re-rivet them on?

After spending *alot* of time staring at the 99 spec front end (specifically Rich's) I've decided that I can live with a front plate to get the OEM Fitment that I'm looking for.

You just get the bumper skin. You do have to drill out rivets from your old stock bumper and reattach it to the 99 spec. Instead of rivets I just used nuts and bolts and it worked just fine.

+1 on saving your old bumper. You have to drill em out off the old skin and rivet em to the new one. make sure you take out the screws on the side pieces.
