Question: Stock rear strut bar, Harness?

Is the stock rear strut bar strong enough to be able to have a harness attached? Once my FD gets out of the body shop (accident) I want to install 5 point harnesses with the stock seats. I want to know if I can use the stock bar or if I'll have to get something like an M2 bar... Thanks!

Do you have a roll bar or a cage?

You should never use a harness without roll protection. Pretty good way to get yourself killed in a roll over. Also, not sure how you would install the sub belt for a 5pt on a stock seat, and without eyelets for the shoulder belts its pretty dangerous in a non rollover crash as there is nothing keeping those belts where they should be.

As mentioned, it's not advisable to use a harness without roll over protection. With that said, the stock rear bar is not strong enough for harness support.

^Alright cool thanks! Rollbar is coming later, I was just wondering if the stock bar needed to be switched out. Thanks again for quick response!
