Question on mounting RA OMP Adapter

Question on mounting RA OMP Adapter
I'm looking at CrispyRX7 website and I see this 2-bolt oil drain flange right below the OMP adapter:
Is this the same one as can be found here at ATP turbo?
Product: ATP-FLA-019
Price: $29.00
I'm trying to run the OMP adapter with the stock twin but I will need to fashion a flexible AN line to avoid interference with the OMP adapter. To hook up AN line, I would need to use the correct two bolt flange.
