Question for expert ( FD )

I have some rotational play in my diff and wondered if this is normal.

The companion flange can be rotated back and forward around 6mm before the drive shafts engage.

There is no play in or out, just when rotated left and right.

The flange nut is tight.

Yeah that sounds about right. I think there is a spec for it in the shop manual.
