Question about Windeband

I have a RX-7 FD with street porting , 3 inches exhaust ,stock turbo which are working together, front mount intercooler, apexi power fc with base program and i have put a windeband INNOVATE .
The results i take from windeband are :

at around 900 rpm , 11,3

with 3rd gear at maximum i get 12 to 13

I want to ask if this results are ok or if i have a problem .

Thanks

That is too lean to be considered safe. Richen up the mixture so that you get 10.5 or 11.0 when you are making wide open throttle runs on boost. You have the opposite problem with your idle, that is too rich.

I would not drive the car hard until you get it tuned properly.

My idle AFR is around 17 or so, cruise is around 14.7, and at WOT the AFRs go to 10.8 or so.

As others have said, you are way too rich at idle, and lean at WOT. I would not boost the car with those numbers - all it takes is one cold evening and pop.
