Question about relays clicking and PFC turning off with AC and Headlights on?

When every i turn my fans on with the AC on the relays pointed out in the picture in red, all click once and will click every the AC is turned on. I would mind some relayed click here and there but it also kills the power to the PFC Commander and makes it send no EL signal to the FP. When i turn the fans on alone it seem to work fine but when i turn on the head lights the headlight relay clicks very fast untill they are turned off but the head lights dont even come up with the switch, just with the over ride on the dash. The headlights being on also causes the PFC Commander to turn off. The car isnt running right now due to the fact my EXT manifold in getting heat coated but when the car was running it would cause the car to die but cause teh PFC to just reset itself instead of just shutting off.

I also hope nocab72 doesnt mind me using his engine bay for teh diagram, i can find my digi to take it of mine.

Thanks
~Luke

Bump!

I just wanted to say thanks, as this thread just saved me a HUGE amount of time in fixing my electrical gremlins. I replaced the front clip but didn't both to bolt down the crash sensors again, and I couldn't figure out why my headlights weren't working right. Damn, I love RX7Club!

I found the ground points in the 1994 Body Electrical Troubleshooting Manual

page 473
section Y-3

Does anyone have a better pic of this that shows where JC-01, JC-02 are in relation to the frame?

Talking

Fixed it! I could finally pass safety inspection. Sure enough they were disconnected by the bodyshop and they forgot to reconnect them. I would have never found the problem w/out this thread!

Other symptoms:
-headlights would not work or popup with stalk
-when car is running and headlight stalk switch to headlights, car would shut off
-turn signals would not work correctly when hazard button pressed and CPU2 would buzz. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GBcx6wD7D8g

-This relay clicks when you try to turn on the headlights with engine off.

This is what JC-01, JC-02 Ground Points look like.

Ok this thread gets 2 thumbs up from me...
I just swapped my motor over from my RS to my RZ and couldnt figure out why a relay was buzzing/clicking and the light motors were buzzing too, whenever the battery was connected.

Searched the entire engine bay for more earths - didnt even think about the white earths on the front! Swapped the charge loom, rewired my haltech and everything.

Ugh...

Thanks guys, this just solved the source of my frustrations!
(perhaps something to be added to the FAQ? hehe)

It's not a crash sensor, it's the grounds at the front bar of the car near the hood latch.

And HOLY THREAD RESURRECTION.
