question about pulleys

What kind of hp difference or any difference in general will i get by adding pulleys to my fd? also, if some1 could reccomend a good brand for pulleys it would be very much appreciated.

Check out rx7.com or srmotorsports.com one of them have some #'s on what kind of power you'll get.
