Question about the oil return on the passenger side of the block

I was wondering about the oil return for the turbos. I was wondering if those just drained back into the pan or if they mad thier way back through the system then to the pan. The reason i'm asking it because for the single turbo i have only one outlet compared to the 2 of the seq setup. I was wondering if i should T it off to goto both or just block off one and use the other?

Thanks
~Luke

For a definite answer ask in the single turbo section. Otherwise I'm a betting man that says you just block one off.
