Does it have some sort of brackets or does it sit directly on top of the Fans? Anyone have any pictures?

 

No brackets. It is only held in place by being wedged between the duct and the intercooler piping. It makes contacr directly with the radiator support bar and will eventually rub through (aluminum on steel) When I ran one I put some foam adhesive-backed weather stripping between the two. Never did understand why they didn't just make provisions for brackets, especially considering the heafty price.
