question about injectors
I pulled my secondary injectors to send them out for cleaning, etc...
one of the orange caps covering the nozzle is clean and orange.
the other one is pretty well covered with black residue.
what's the black residue? perhaps from running rich? would this "clog" the injector -
i am trying to fix a hesitation -

Had a similar situation with my 850cc secondaries. I sent them to RC engineering to get enlarged to 1300cc. They did not seem to be concerned about the black residue. Sorry I do not know what that "stuff" was.

yeah, sending mine to RC Engineering in california also.
they charge $28.50 per injector for cleaning, flow matching/blueprinting.
can't recall the web site - its like rceng.com or something like that -
a yahoo search will get it
