Question About FD Bumper Install
I have a general question in which I can't find an answer too. To install an aftermarket bumper on the FD that is not the 99 Spec one, do you have to uninstall the bumper support beam?
I have a Shine Sanai rep front bumper. I modified the support like you would for a 99 spec for the turn signals, but the bumper appears to be hitting the beam. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong.
Thanks!

Aftermarket bumpers aren't perfect, you will likely have to take your time, find the interference problem, and fix it.
You don't want to remove the front crash bumper, it's there for a VERY good reason. A 5-10 mph hit will be easily absorbed by the crash structure and not mangle the front clip of your car.
One of the guys here was recently rear-ended by an SUV going at a good speed. Had minor tears to the bumper skin and compressed the foam between the skin and bumper - - that's it. New skin and foam, good to go. If he didn't have that bumper bar, it would have crunched the back of the car big time, causing VERY expensive and hard to repair damage, possibly totalling the car.
Also, check EVERYTHING for interference - the horns, oil coolers, you name it. You'll have to get a good flashlight and get in, around, and under it looking for where it's interfering.
