Question About Downpipe And Emissions

Hey Guys, got a question,

I've got a pretty much stock 93 that's running a downpipe and a catback, it's still got the stock main cat, but I am worried if I will pass nj inspection. I spoke to a couple of places to get the car checked but not do the inspection to see if it would pass or not and everyone I spoke to said that they couldn't check it, they would have to inspect it and if it fails then we can see about what the car needs done to get it to pass. Anyone know if an FD would pass emissions with a downpipe and a catback but still having the main cat on?? Any info would be great guys, thanks.

They probably won't notice the downpipe.

As long as the car is FULLY warmed up and is operating correctly, you'll pass by a mile.
