I just buy a second hand re-amemiya air filter for my rx7 but Do I need to put some oil around the filter?

 

You should use some filter oil and work it through the filter. Foam based filters require oil to help trap small particles from going into the intake. You can use K&N filter oil or just go by a motorcycle shop as they'll have a few different brands of air filter oils.
