Pulling engine code 16

I was pulling two codes. I fixed the air intake sensor. No I am pulling code 16 EGR. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Do you have an EGR valve still installed? Check to make sure that it is plugged in. You may need to remove it and clean out the carbon in it. I removed mine and installed a resistor so i didn't get the code.

I switched my 94 ecu with a 95 ecu. The 95's did not have a egr valve, so the computer does not read the fault!
