Pulley Question Pettit-Knight Sports
Alright guys I have a question about what belt to use with my pulley combination. I have a pettit power pulley and a knight sports waterpump and alt. combo. I have both of the belts that came with each kit, but the problem is that I need to keep my airpump and both of these belts are made to remove it. Any help whould be great.
Thanx

i haven't done it on my fd, but on other cars that i have changed the belt configuration on i have taken the stock belt to the auto parts store and had them look through their inventory for a slightly shorter or longer one that matched the width (whichever you need) and then just test fitted the thing, repeating the process until i found one that works.

I will tell you about what happened to me and hopefully it will help. My car came with a pully kit already attached to it. My PS/AC belt broke and cloged in my main drive belt. I was able to get the car home without incident but now I need two new belts.
Since I didn't purchase or install the pully kit myself I had no idea who made it and my AC/PS belt was gone. I ended up finding belts that would fit at Car Quest. The sizes are listed below.
K050520 = Main Belt (alternator, water pump, air pump)
K060400 = AC/PS belt.
I hope that this helps.
