pulley question

has anyone ever had a problem with one of thier pulleys where it siezes and shut the car off, and then wont start up for about a half hour?

is this something normal that happens on FD's, and if anyone ever has had this problem which pulley is it? i cant tell that easily when im under the hood there are 2 pulleys in that area so its hard to say which one it is

Seizing pullies are not normal. Sounds like you have torn up the bearing of one of the pullies. You'll need to figure out which one and make sure you aren't over tightening the belts.
