Pulley Number for Waterpump!
Alright guys I got the Pettit Pulley kit for alternator.
Pettit lists the belt for that kit as being a 5050310. Which I have but it seems my belt is too loose as it is at the highest position for the alternator bracket yet it woobles when running and I have had startup problems once.
So the next belt down is the 5050303 which I beleive is 30.5 inches. I have a 5050290 and it is way to short even on the lowest setting. Was wondering if anyone could tell me if I am on the right page for this one.
Also, while I am ordering a new alt. belt I figured I might as well order a new Waterpump belt because mine is cracking and is very old.
Just wondering the belt length for the STOCK main pulley waterpump belt!
Thanks in advance for the assistance,
Alex

The best thing to do is to take a piece of string, trace the route of your belt with the string. Then measure length of the string to get the belt size you need.
I would suggest doing this with the alternator at it's lowest position so you know what belt is going to be too small. After that, just run up to NAPA or AutoZone and tell them the length of the belt you need. You'll most likely get a 4-rib belt but that will be fine.

There are only two belts on the 13B-REW unless you have some custom setup. One runs from the main pulley to the Alternator and Water Pump, the other from the main pulley to the A/C and P/S.
Here's my setup without the airpump:

So, which belt do you have and which one do you need?

For the Alternator/Water pump belt, I'm running a 29.5" belt. But again, I don't have the stock main pulley.
