prolite flywheel???

my car is at rotary performance right now for a little checkup and while it's there i'm having an ACT prolite 9.5lb flywheel installed. just wondering what kind of difference the flywheel actually makes an a 3rd gen? i've got a streetported motor and all the bolt-ons, PFC w/commander, and stock twins.
