Profec B just stopped working...

Ok Everything was working fine since I installed the Profec B SpecII about 60days ago. Then in the middle of a drive the car begins to boost only off of wastegate pressure. I take it home and begin to research as to why. I found that somehow the grren and white wires from the control unit to the solenoid were cut (cleanly I may add so it was very strange). I simply reconnected them and still it does't not work.

My question is I have checked with my voltage meter if there is current coming out of the control unit to those two wires (green and white) and there was none. Can someone check thier unit and see if they have current. I am now thinking my two month old unit is now faulty. I would appreciate any more advice or help.

To top it off after speaking with greddy it must be sent back through a greddy dealer to get an RA# to be looked at by them. I do not see why I cannot just send them the unit myself... ridiculous.....

Does the control module work, or is the it just the solenoid or the link between the controller and solenoid. Did you check the vacuum lines? Maybe the gremlin that cut your wires may have put a hold in the lines that run from the waste gate.

Yeah, no vac leaks at all. Reading 20inHg on defy. Also the control unit works perfectly and reads boost as well as I am still allowed to make all adjustments. But like I said I am getting no signal from the control unit to the solenoid output in the back of it. Possibly a blown solenoid too but unlikely since it is not getting a signal.

Can someone with a voltage meter check these two prongs and see if they get electrical signal? (prongs on unit connecting to green and white wire).
