Profec B install trouble

I installed a profec b today and something is definitely wrong. This is what I did.

Tapped off of the intake manifold pressure and ran it to the in-car unit.

Took off the 2 inch piece of hose that went from the middle of the turbo housing to the wastegate nipple on the left, or farthest from the front of the car.This is the hose that should contain the restrictor pill? Mine did not have one.

Ran the line from the turbo to the IN on the black box. Ran the OUT of the black box to the wastegate nipple stated above.

Disconnected the hose going fron the other wastgate nipple (on the right or closest to the front on the car) to the bottom nipple on the lower intake manifold (there are 4 verticaly). I capped off both of these. I dont understand what this does but i read that it needed to be done.

And of coarse plugged everything in and powered it up.

The car gets little boost so something is wrong. I have looked at many websites and am still a little confused as to what I did wrong.

How much boost?

Actually, what you should do is go from the:

turbo nipple->IN
OUT->Wastegate actuator
Back of Wastegate Actuator->Precontrol Actuator

and cap the back of the precontrol actuator. That's what i've got and i capped everthing that i didn't use. Perfect 7lbs with Profec off, and stable 10,12,14, whatever i set it to. Very clean crossover too. HTH.

I understand the theory, I just don't know which one is which when looking at the turbo.
