Profec B Boost Controller Reset

I have a Profec B and I don't have the owner's manual/instruction manual for it. I was wondering if anyone knew how to reset it??? Any help would be appreciated. I somehow reset it a couple times before, but by accident. My battery died in my FD recently because I hadn't driven it for some time. Help would be most appreciated. Thanks a lot,

Craig

I just skimmed through the manual and I did not see any kind of reset instructions. What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to get back to some previous settings you had before? If so, the manual states that while adjusting any of the the settings -"set, gain, start boost, warning, limiter, peak and last boost" that "IF THE MODE SWITCH IS IS PRESSED WHILE IN THIS MOD, IT WILL CANCEL OUT AND RETURN BACK TO PREVIOUS SETTING."

Are those instructions for the B Spec 2? Anyways, I'm not sure what's going on. Here's the deal, my car had been sitting for a couple of months and my battery had died in the meantime because I forgot to disconnect that battery cable. For some reason, the boost controller was not limiting the boost. My boost would fly up past 20psi and I would quickly get off the gas. The boost controller acted like this a couple of times before, but I thought it had a reset mode or something. But I had gotten the boost controller set again somehow after each of those times where the battery died. So, I'm not really sure where to start. It was boosting fine before I let it sit and the only change from the whole car during those couple months was the battery going dead. Thank you very much for your help also.

My low boost was set at 13psi and my high boost was set at 17psi. So, what I am trying to do is get the boost controller back to those two settings. If you need more clarification of what I'm trying to do, please let me know.

Craig

Also, if possible would you be able to explain/clarify what the last line of your quote was. Thanks again! Any help is appreciated.
