problems after un-flooding

My car flooded this morning. It turns out that the plugs were fouling. So I unflooded the car, and put some new plugs in. The car runs and sounds great until I get past 3-4 lbs of boost. When the boost starts she starts to break up and back fire. Could this be the ecu in "limp mode"? What else could cause the car to do this just from changing the plugs? I was running 10.5 hks plugs until I changed them back to stock plugs this morning. Could I detonation @ 4lbs of boost?
