Angry Problems

Ok so we did a non sequential setup on my car and now Im having problems keeping it started.

The mods are:
Ported mainfold and throttlebody
Greddy front mount intercooler
99 jspec y-pipe
non sequential turbo setup
downpipe
high flow cat
hks exhaust.
Apexi pfc.
3mm street ported motor
stock injectors

It started right up after the install...no vacuum leaks or anything....but we did notice an exhaust leak. The exhaust leak was betwwen the manifold and the turbos(I could feel it when I stuck my hand under it. I re tightened everything and I really cant hear or feel an exhaust leak from that area any more. It still has the same symptomes though.....It will start and run fine at idle...but a few blocks down the street it starts to chug and buck like Im out of fuel. Sometimes it will take me 15 minutes to even get it restarted when it shuts off or I might have to give it some gas before it comes on. Does anyone know what the problem might be or where I can start looking to check for a problem.

Oh yeah Im using the same setup my buddy had in his car, and his worked just fine. We did an Ls1 swap in his car. PLEASE ANYONE HELP.

Whats the Air fuel guage showing? Does sound like you are leaning out. Could be totally unrelated to your new mods. Clogged fuel filter, vacuum leak, bad fuel pump. You need to stick it on a dyno where they can read these items and diagnose it rather than poke away at maybee's

At idle the vacuum is at 12. The air fuel is usually at 11.9 to about 12.8. Right when its about to shut off when it starts bogging down the air uel reads about 10.8

I don't think a bigger fuel pump is the answer. If the car is bucking and chugging at cruising speeds, than it is something else.

So the car ran great, the only thing you did is the non-seq conversion, and now this problem?

When you were under the UIM, did you mess with the injectors/fpd/fpr? What about the fuel solenoid located behind the alternator? I have full non-seq conversion and that is just about the only solenoid I have left under the car.

My bet is that something under your UIM isnt right. Check all vacuum hoses and fuel-related components and go from there.
