Unhappy problem when boosting

recently the fan belt broke off and tore part of the wirring harness up too, well that has since been fixed but now when im driving the car and it starts to boost up it makes a wierd noise, and it seems like its not getting enough fuel so the car boggs down a bit, i have no idea whats wrong but any input would be helpfull.

Well for starters the FD does not have a fan belt. If you broke the one that goes to the alternator/water pump/air pump pullies, .... you could have had the belts come into contact with the turbo control, wastegate or pre-control actuators vaccum hoses. This would affect boost if they are ripped or torn off completely. I would check around that area first. Or the immediate area of the belt that broke.
