Problem with PowerFC under load

Hey, i just got my car working and runnin fine. And i thought its time to install pfc. But theresa weird problem. I did idle learning procedure and it seemed to learn the idle and idled fine at around 1100rpm. But when i push gas pedal the car hesitates a bit and starts going up and down at rpm.

it doesnt matter how much i put load it just revs higher if i push more pedal but just keeps going down at idle rev. So if i push steadily gas rpm just goes up and down all the time. It seems like pfc doesnt understand to keep steady fuelflow coming.. what to do now?

i have read it but i didnt find any solution to my problem there.. also i tried to reset and adjusted idle screws etc. to where them should be but it just ran really rich and didnt idle was rough all the time. it ended up fouling plugs on other camber and running on 1 rotor :/ had to take plugs out and clean them and start with original ecu.. I cant get this working. My vacuum is around .2 at idle i got fmic, intake, dp, koyorad, catback mods.. anyone have any idea what to do ?. I tried reading the post but it didnt help. My native language isnt english so please forgive my spellingmistakes..
