Angry Problem with a miss/stutter @ 5800rpm/6300rpm

Hey guys. got a problem. maybe you can help me. Let me start off with the problem and ill work my way to what ive done to try and correct this.

When im in 3rd gear @ 10 lbs of boost at either 5800rpms or 6300rpms (sometimes both) i get a miss/stutter. It almost feels like fuel cut. it only happens for maybe half a second then stops and the car continues to accelerate. It will occasionaly happen in second gear at the mentioned rpms but EVERY time in 3rd. So far i have replaced my plugs and plug wires to no avail. Has anone experienced this prob before? is it possible my coils are failing? Also what trouble shooting steps am i not doing to help narrow down this PITA problem. Thanks in advance!

How about listing your mods? That will help w/ diagnosis.. I assume you have a boost gauge. I have been having a similiar problem. I have changed plugs, and put in a better fuel pump (wanted to do this anyway). Now I am going to pull injectors to have cleaned. Your problem could be many things but sounds minor.

i think u are having break up? does it happen in 4th and 5th also?
u may have to get a new ingnition coil pack like hks one. it could also just be lose. this also will happen if your battery is not grounded good.
